Terry represents some of the largest developers of Net Leased (NNN) properties in the U.S., as well as numerous high net worth investors. Many of his clients are "1031" buyers and therefore are motivated to pay strong market prices and to close deals. He also represents several tenants in direct sale-leaseback transactions and has brokered scores of deals directly with tenants & investors in 1031 Exchanges. Terry closed the sale of a portfolio of CVS stores, several Walgreens stores, an Auto Zone, several individual CVS sales, as well as numerous restaurant properties.

What is a Net, Net lease, vs a Net, Net, Net Lease? Net-Leases: Simply leases which net out expenses. The more "net" a lease is the less property management related responsibility a landlord or owner has. Net, Net Leases (Double-Net or NN): Usually means that the tenant not the landlord is responsible for all operating expenses and real estate taxes. Usually however, the owner or landlord is responsible for the building roof and structural integrity.
